Everything from his physical appearance to the last detail of his service was just, I can't even find the word to express how perfect it was. You both did an absolutely beautiful job. I never thought I would be leaving feedback on a funeral home page but I feel compelled to do so. I don't even know where to start. Facing the death of a loved one is hard. Knowing where to start can be overwhelming. Beth and the team at McKenzie Funeral Home in Andrews SC are INCREDIBLE!! Logically we all know this is a "business" but never once did we feel like "a customer". We felt like we were putting our mother (Kitty as she loved to be called) in the care of people that were genuinely concerned about treating our mother with respect and dignity as they walked us through this experience. From the time they picked our mom up to the time we got everything taken care of they were so kind and accommodating to us. They didn't try to "sell items or services" but were willing to answer any question we had about all of it. There are not enough words to express our gratitude for helping us through this difficult time. Many blessings to you and your team for your continued work as you walk beside so many of us in these hard times. God Bless you all!!!

There are no words to express the loss of a loved one. It is the hardest time for any family to experience. The folks at McKenzie Funeral Home helped my family to navigate the loss of both of my grandparents. Tim and his family were invaluable during our time of need. I would like to say thank you for the wonderful treatment we “the family of David L Marlowe” received from the McKenzie Funeral Home family and employees. We appreciate the care and love y’all gave to our precious loved one. I know we did not do everything as most people do, but the MFH family did not bat an eye. They just did everything in their power to make things as easy on us as possible. My Father chose MFH for our needs because he knew they would be there for us. Again thank you all for everything. I can't say enough good things about the services we received from McKenzie Funeral Home. When they initially picked up my son, they hugged me and prayed with me. When we discussed the arrangements and were naturally talking about my son, Tim was inspired to give us the perfect scripture, which we used for the service. We did things very unconventionally and they didn't blink an eye. Whatever we wanted was fine. They graciously adapted to an unexpected change without hesitation. I felt loved and cared for during the most difficult time of my life. Thank you all!
