William Ernest Dugan, III, 74, the beloved husband of Hester Loretta Yeater Dugan, departed this life on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Dugan was born the son of William Ernest Dugan Jr. and Mary Frances Riddle Dugan-Morris in Akron, Ohio.  He was a 1959 graduate of Magnolia High School in New Martinsville, WV.  He was a Manager with Vought Aerospace and was a United States Army Veteran.  He was a faithful member of the Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother; a son, William “Billy” Ernest Dugan IV and his wife Kelly; a daughter, Deitra Lynn Dugan Clegg and husband Ronald; six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.  He also leaves behind:  a brother, David Alan (Mary) Dugan; and two sisters, Rebecca Lynn (Patrick) Dugan-Zahn and Melinda “Mandy” Dugan.
He was predeceased by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held 11AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
The Dugan family will receive family and friends immediately after the service in the church sanctuary. 
 McKenzie Funeral Home is honored to serve the Dugan family.
