Sadie Bolden Shuler Lambert, 91, the widow of Lacey Minton Lambert, went home to be with the Lord Sunday evening, November 3, 2013 at Lake Moultrie Nursing Home.
Mrs. Lambert was born the daughter of Jessie Shuler and Estell Shuler on August 30, 1922 in Berkeley County. She was a member of Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church. She committed her life to acts of selfless giving for her family and her church family; and gave an unconditional love to earn her the distinguished title – Beloved Mother
She leaves behind: two children, Sterling (Gail) Lambert and Vonnie Kaye (Mike) Gaskin; three grandchildren, Ginger, Beverly, and Leslie; and five great-grandchildren, Skylar, Wyatt, Lacey, Ava, and Coop; and a large number of nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by: her parents; her husband; five brothers, Dorsey Shuler, Zannie Shuler, John Shuler, Lee Shuler, and Jack Shuler; and three sisters, Myrtle Fort, Ethelda Fort, and Reesie Shelby.
A Home Going Celebration will be 11 AM, Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at the Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church. Interment will follow in the Lambert Cemetery directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Tuesday evening, November 5, 2013 in the church sanctuary.
