Lucile Shaw Roff Watters, 77, departed this life, Monday, August 5, 2019 at Prince George Healthcare. 
Mrs. Watters was born the daughter of William Dorroh Roff and Jeanne Elizabeth Wilson Roff on November 18, 1941 in Laurens, SC.  She enjoyed going to garage sales, playing cards with her sisters, and spending time at the beach.  Her greatest enjoyment was donating supplies and helping with children. 
She leaves behind:  four children, Steve Watters of Las Vegas, NV, Frank Watters of Myrtle Beach, Jeanne Huggins (Ralph) of Myrtle Beach, and Becky Terpstra (Scott) of Walterboro; nine grandchildren, Kyle, Kaden, Laura, Oliver, Michael (Ashley), Kristina, Kelly, Elizabeth, and Jordan (Dakota); and five great-grandchildren, Layla, Wes, Hazel Kinsley, and Rowan.   She also leaves behind:  two brothers, William “Bill” Roff (Elaine) and Harry Roff (Josie); two sisters, Bet Roff and Sally Stasiek (Bill); a brother-in-law, Cleo Jordan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by:  her parents; her husband, Francis Stephen Watters, Jr.; and a sister, Marian Jordan. 
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
