Kelsy Dane Bowers, 38, beloved
husband of Jodie Crews Bowers, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, October
Mr. Bowers was born
the son of Mark Allen Bowers and Gayla Ann Beougher Helber on August 8,
1980 in Centralia, Illinois. He was a graduate of Logan High School
where he was a member of the Cross Country Track Team. He was a manager
with Wee Tee Plantation. His greatest passion was farming and
lawn care. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in the Macedonia
Community. He was a beloved husband and dedicated father.
He is survived by:
his mother and stepfather, Michael; his wife, Jodie; three daughters, Malaina
Addison Bowers, Leah Nicole Turner, and Olivia Dane Bowers; a brother,
Mitchell “Mitch” Bowers; a sister, Christina “Chrissy” Helber; his maternal
grandmother, Ginny Beougher; his extended family, Mr. & Mrs. Garret
(Kathy) Graham; and a number of uncles and aunts.
He was predeceased
by: his father; his maternal grandfather, Clyde Beougher; and his
paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Richard (Joann) Bowers.
A Home Going Celebration
will be 6PM, Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Victory Baptist Church, 1120
Mail Route Road, Bonneau, SC in the Macedonia Community of Berkeley County.
Officiating will be Rev. Chris Peagler and Rev. Steve Hubbard.
The Bowers family
will receive family and friends immediately after the service in the church
and Burial will be 10AM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Andrews Memorial
Cemetery, 7662 Georgetown Highway, Andrews, SC.
