From the Director

Mr. Norward Brooks “Buddy” Wheeler, Jr. and Mrs. Julia Annette “Julie” Padgett Wheeler, united as one in the eyes of God, together entered into eternal glory on Sunday, March 20, 2016.
Mrs. Wheeler was born the daughter of Fred Padgett and Neta Pauline Cox Padgett on August 13, 1949 in Williamsburg County.  She was a licensed cosmetologist and was the owner of Julie’s Beauty Shop.  She attended the Trio United Methodist Church.
She is survived by: her nephews, Lee Padgett, David Padgett, and Rob (Kelly) Padgett.
She was predeceased by:  her parents; her husband; and a brother, Fred D. Padgett.
Service of Death and Resurrection will be 5PM, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Trinity United Methodist Church.  Committal Service will be 11AM, Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Harmony Cemetery directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
The Wheeler and Padgett family will receive family and friends immediately after the service in the Family Life Center. 
McKenzie Funeral Home is honored to serve the Wheeler and Padgett families.
