Jimmy Burin Martin, 73, beloved husband of Agnes Taylor Martin, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. 
Mr. Martin was born the son of John Burin Martin and Molly Coker Martin on December 2, 1946 in Timmonsville.  He was a retired sawmill logger and was a member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church.  He enjoyed being outdoors and riding on the hunting club.  His greatest pleasure was sitting on the front porch drinking coffee and praying for others.  
He leaves behind:  his wife, Agnes; three children, John Wesley Martin (Janet), Tony Lambert (Samantha), and Annette Casselman (Kenny); ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.   He also leaves behind:  two brothers, Tony Martin (Kelly) and Mark Martin (Robin); six sisters, Jill Baylor (Ernest), Ann Floyd (Joe), Loris Ethridge (Larry), Faye Meeks (Al), Kathy Lynch and Carrie Baylor; and two fur babies, Willie and Bosie.
He was predeceased by his parents. 
A Memorial Service will be 2PM, Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Victory Free Will Baptist Church directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.  Officiating will be Pastor Becky Tilton and Rev. J.W. Casselman.
The Martin family will receive family and friends immediately after the service in the church sanctuary.
