Esther Mae Fulton Kellahan, 84, a beloved mother and the widow of Carroll Lee Kellahan, Sr., entered her Heavenly home on Friday afternoon February 1, 2013, to see her Lord and Savior and join her waiting loved ones.
Mrs. Kellahan was born the daughter
of Waitus Fulton and Beulah Fulton on April 24, 1928 in Andrews.
She was a faithful and dedicated member of the Happy Home Freewill Baptist
Church where over the years she served in the Women’s Ministry and nursery.
She committed her life to acts of selfless giving, fervent prayer, and
an unconditional love to earn her the distinguished title – Beloved Mother.
She was predeceased by: her parents; her husband; a granddaughter, Megan Elizabeth Piatt; one brother, Weldon Fulton; and a sister, Louise Fulton Gray.
A Going Home Celebration will be 2 PM, Monday, February 4, 2013, at the Happy Home Original Free Will Baptist Church. Following the service, Mrs. Kellahan will be laid to rest in the Ivey Cemetery with a Committal Ceremony directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
The Kellahan family will receive family and friends beginning at 4 PM, Sunday, February 3, 2013, in the sanctuary of the Happy Home Original Free Will Baptist Church.
