Exie Mae “Patsy” Nesbitt Bourne

Exie Mae “Patsy” Nesbitt Bourne, 74, the widow of George Franklin “Frank” Bourne, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at her residence. 
Mrs. Bourne was born the daughter of Weldon Levine Nesbitt, Sr. and Bertie Luticia Osborne Nesbitt on March 3, 1943 in Greeleyville, SC.  She was an retired employee with Darden’s Jewelry.  She was a faithful member of Rock Pentecostal Holiness Church where she served in the Women’s Ministry for many years.  Her greatest enjoyment and love was spending time with her family. Her greatest accomplishment was the love and Godly heritage she gave to her family and friends.  For it is written, “Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised” (Proverbs 31:31).
Patsy and Frank were married October 23, 1959 and their home was blessed with:  four children, Ronnie Lynn (Tammy) Bourne, David Glenn Bourne, Ricky Dean Bourne, and Melissa Annette (Jay) B. Ward; 10 grandchildren, Dylan, Ronnie Jr., Whitney, Dustin, Chelsa, Kristy (Barry), David (Rachel), Tiffany (James), Stevie (Kasandra) and Garrett; and eleven great-grandchildren, Milo, Clayton, Alstin, Jacob, Paisley, Grady, Jackson, Connor, Micheala, Matthew, and Mason.  She also leaves behind:  two brothers, Weldon Levine Nesbitt, Jr and Gerald Winston (Brenda) Nesbitt; two sisters, Barbara Jean (Charles) N. Barrineau and Kathy Wynelle (Al) N. Wilson; and her large extended family: two sister-in-laws, Annette Nesbitt and Ernestine B. Gibson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by:  her parents; her husband; two sons, David Glenn Bourne and Ricky Dean Bourne; a brother, Bobby Otto Nesbitt; and a sister, Shirley Louise Nesbitt Fulton.
A Home Going Celebration will be 2PM, Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Rock Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Interment directed by the Georgetown Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home will follow in the Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. 
The Bourne family will receive family and friends prior to the service from 1-2PM in the church sanctuary.
