Annabelle Ezra Long Elliott
Annabelle Ezra Long Elliott, 92, the widow
of Isaac Harrison Elliott, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, September
11, 2016 at Commander Nursing Home.
Mrs. Elliott was born the daughter of
Henry Long and Ethel Oceloa Russell Long on January 14, 1924 in Russellville.
She was a former employee of Oneita Knitting Mills and was a Caregiver.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Her greatest accomplishment was the love and Godly heritage she gave to
her family and friends. For it is written, “Charm is deceitful and
beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised”
She leaves behind: three children,
Rev. Wilbur Henry (Cheryl) Elliott, Ethel Lou Cooper, and Dennis (Sharon)
Elliott; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
She also leaves behind a brother-in-law, Charlie Williams.
She was predeceased by: her parents;
her husband; two children, Allen Elliott and Tammy E. Knight; two grandchildren,
Michael Elliott and Mark Elliott; a brother, Harold Long; and four sisters,
Doris Glass, Jeanette Ward, Barbara Williams and Shirley Mackey
A Home Going Celebration will be 3PM,
Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Holy Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church
directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
Visitation will follow immediately
after the service in the church sanctuary.
