Craig Allen Port, 39, departed this life, Thursday, April 12, 2018 at McLeod Hospice House.
Mr. Port was born the son of Bill Port and Lafaye Ellen Cox (Waverly Doug) Lamb  on March 14, 1979 in Florence.   He was a former employee of Carolinas Hospital System-Marion and Florence County Disabilities and Special Needs where he was a CNA.  He was a charter member of the El Chapman Worship Center.  He loved gospel music and writing songs.
He leaves behind: his father, Bill; his step-father, Doug; three brothers, Travis (Allie) Moore, Tracey (Rhonda) Moore, and Scott (Rebecca) Storrs; a sister, Sherry Storrs; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Zackery, Landon, Derek, Aaron, Alex, Cody, Taylor, and Kyley; and long time friend, Nancy Tedder.
He was predeceased by:  his mother; his partner, Dwayne Floyd; and a brother, Hank Moore.
 Funeral Services will be 3PM, Sunday, April 15, 2018 at El Chapman Worship Center directed by the Hemingway Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home. 
 Visitation will be prior to the service from 2-3PM in the church sanctuary. 
McKenzie Funeral Home of Hemingway is honored to serve the family of Craig Port.
