Anna Elizabeth White Lambert,
82, the widow of Leroy “Jack” Lambert, went home to be with the Lord and
her waiting loved ones, Sunday, September 30, 2018, at her residence.
On January 3, 1936,
in divine providence and for the blessing of many to come, Anna Elizabeth
White entered this world in Shulerville community of Berkley County.
Anna married the love of her life, Jack, on January 16, 1956 and celebrated
45 years together. She was a member of Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness
Church where she was a member of the Seniors Sunday School class.
When others suffered lost, she was a loving and caring mother to the motherless.
She leaves a Godly legacy as a loving wife, cherished mother and grandmother,
and a caring sister and friend. She was a devoted student to the
knowledge of God’s Word and her life fulfills Proverbs 31:30 “But a woman
who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.”
She leaves behind:
two children, Jackie Ann Lambert Alford and Roy Lee “RL” Lambert; six grandchildren,
Christopher Lambert, Jessica Alford (Jared) Evans, Dillon (Megan) Alford,
Hunter Lambert, Remington Lambert, and Olivia Lambert
She was predeceased
by: her husband; and a sister, Ella Hutchinson.
Mrs. Lambert will
be laid to rest in the Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens beside her beloved husband
after a private service on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, directed by the Georgetown
Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
The Lambert family
will receive family and friends at her home until Tuesday.
